About Course

No one should ever have to experience poor mental health

There’s a shocking statistic that one in four adults in the UK experience poor mental health each year, and this week alone, 104 of them will take their own lives.

There are several pressures both at work and in personal life. These pressures aren’t unique to a particular person – In fact, most people are probably experiencing at least one or two pressures like this.

Throughout this first module, you’ll learn the pressures of mental health, the definition of mental health, the difference between good and bad mental health, and much more.

In module two, you’ll learn how to recognise depression, the visual signs and much more.
