About Course
Often, we’re able to reduce and control some of the stress we deal with on a day-to-day basis, but sometimes it’s unavoidable.
We need to learn how to be more resilient when faced with stress.
Learning about resilience helps you to know when to back off and step down. Recovery is as important as training. Social engagement is very important and don’t push yourself too hard. It’s much better to maintain your stress levels and learn to manage stress rather than let it all build up.
Who should take this course?
This course will go through what resilience is, and why it’s important to you. The course will help employers and managers to learn about resilience within the workplace, and suitable methods in how to approach it. Therefore it is suitable for all employees across all sectors.
Course and timings
The course, which lasts approximately 21 minutes in total, is two sections long.
